I appreciated the marvellous and premier location of the hotel, so close to the adjacent pub, London Bridge, the market, and historic sites. Amiable staff and great breakfast with a great view and cheese, for example, that lived up to my expectations.

Clean hotel with particularly good and stunning location in London really close to the adjacent pub, slovenly staff, London Bridge and many bars and restaurants, and the riverside with great views over to St Paul's. Efficient staff; efficient check in. Good breakfast in the restaurant to start the day.

Me and my crew had a blast exploring London. We hit up the vibrant Covent Garden, where the street performers were insane! Then we partied it up in the trendy Shoreditch, with the coolest clubs and graffiti everywhere. The location of the hotel was on point, close to all the action. We felt like true city adventurers!
The only thing we wished for was a rooftop terrace or bar where we could chill and have a sick view of the city. That would have taken our party vibes to the next level.

I had always dreamt of staying near Shakespeare's long-time home, and Premier Inn Southwark made it a reality. The hotel is a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling streets and is just around the corner from the original sites of the Globe and Rose theaters. The room was spacious and cozy, with effective air conditioning for a 3-star hotel. The location is perfect, with the river close by and an excellent pub next door. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was fantastic and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel also had a historical charm that added to the overall experience.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Pubs, eateries and Borough Market are within walking distance. the room was clean and beds were comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a range of food choices, although it was not always consistent. We appreciated the presence of staff such as Reena and Vee Vee, who provided excellent service.
At times, the service was not coordinated among staff members, such as the maintenance and housekeeping team.

Great price and comfy bed During my New Year stay, I enjoyed the great price of the hotel and the bed was very comfortable. the room was small but clean and cozy. the location was perfect for exploring the city and there were plenty of nearby attractions to choose from. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome.
Overcrowded and outdated rooms the hotel was overcrowded, and the outdated rooms were not worth the value. the bathroom was not in good condition and needed renovation.

Stayed at a hotel during Christmas and was impressed with the festive decorations in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable with a king-size bed and a large LCD TV. Situated in a great location with many shops and restaurants are just a few steps away.
The bathroom was dirty, the sink was clogged, and water was not draining properly. We had to get towels and cleaning supplies from the front desk and clean it ourselves.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, right by the river and close to many tourist attractions. The staff was super helpful and welcoming, especially Morgan who gave us tips on transportation and got us an early check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, with a proper double bed. The breakfast was good too, although a bit understaffed.
Can't think of anything.
